Pastor James "Dax" Jordan was called to St. James Lutheran Church in October 2023. Prior to joining St. James, he successfully established Vine and Branches Lutheran Church in Virginia where he served as pastor from 2015-2023. Pastor Dax and his wife, Terri, have two daughters, Mollie and Macy, and a dog named Bear. Pastor Dax and his family enjoy spending free time playing golf and exploring golf courses they have yet to play.
