Week 1: The Heart (Overcoming Fear)

• Scripture: Luke 15:1-7

• The Big Idea: We witness because the Shepherd misses His lost sheep. It starts with God's love, not our courage.

• Discussion: When you think of "evangelism," do you feel excitement or dread? Why?

Week 2: The Ear (Listening Skills)

• Scripture: James 1:19; Proverbs 18:13

• The Big Idea: The best evangelists are the best listeners. We build trust by genuinely hearing people's stories.

• Discussion:

  • When was the last time you felt truly listened to? How did it make you feel?

  • When was the last time you truly listened to someone else? Do you have challenges that keep you from truly listening?

  • Who is someone you can truly listen to this week?

Week 3: The Mouth (Sharing Your Story)

• Scripture: Mark 5:18-20 (The Gerasene Demoniac)

• The Big Idea: You don't need a theology degree; you just need to tell them what the Lord has done for you.

• Discussion:

  • How do you recognize the things Jesus has changed in your life?
  • What prevents you from recognizing the things Jesus is doing in your life?
  • What is one specific thing Jesus has changed in your life that you could share with a friend?

Week 4: The Hand (Invitation & Trust)

• Scripture: John 1:43-46 (Philip & Nathanael)

• The Big Idea: We plant the seed and extend the invitation ("Come and see"), but God causes the growth. We can relax.

• Discussion: What is the biggest barrier keeping you from inviting someone to church next Sunday?
